Dr. Maya Cruz

is an interdisciplinary scholar and educator of Feminist Science and Technology Studies and Critical Race and Ethnic Studies working on anti-colonial feminist approaches to artificial intelligence, computer vision, and terraformation.

Dr. Cruz is currently an Assistant Professor - Provost’s Fellow in the Department of Comparative Studies at Ohio State University.
